The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the south Mumbai area but has challenges with accessibility and cleanliness. The service is friendly but needs improvement in efficiency. The dining options are limited, not catering to international tastes. However, the hotel provides good connectivity to public transportation.

The hotel offers small rooms that do not match the high prices charged, and they could use a bit more cleaning. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient but can get noisy at times.

The rooms were very spacious and accommodating, felt comfortable and homely, but weren't ready even after our ETA. The staff named Kamble popat, as a guest relation manager, was very helpful and went the extra mile for guest service. The location was within 2 km distance from Mumbai central railway station and very nice due to the staff behavior. The dining experience was very good for my visit purpose, and the traditional meals would have been lovely.
